New fairy & boho earrings !!

Hello blog fellows !! :)
I hope you are all well and always creative and that you are having a calming and beautiful summer !!
I've been absent.. again for a while.. you understand, summer, heat…i've relaxed a bit ! So after a nice 8-day escape to favorite grandpas house in Paros, I'm back here full of energy for creations !!!
I'm leaving you with four new pairs of fairy & boho style earrings that i made sometime ago and i didn't  have the chance to show you before !!

Ελπίζω να είσαστε όλοι καλά και πάντα δημιουργικοί και να περνάτε όμορφα και χαλαρά το καλοκαίρι σας !!
Χάθηκα πάλι..αλλάα..καταλαβαίνετε..καλοκαίρι, ζέστες..έχω χαλαρώσει κάπως ! Μετά λοιπόν απο μία ευχάριστη 8ήμερη απόδραση στο αγαπημένο σπίτι του Παππού στην Πάρο, είμαι και πάλι εδώ και γεμάτη όρεξη για δημιουργία !!!

Boho necklaces-The "Bohemian girl".

Bohemian geometric necklace from brass in copper tone.

The confetti are patinated and the rings are copper.

Brass confetti hanging from a brass chain in gun metal tone. The rings are copper and in the end of the chain a blue dyed pearl and a small ivory chip is hanging.

Αυτό το πανέμορφο..γλυκό και ξεχωριστό πλάσμα στις φωτογραφίες είναι η δύο χρόνια μικρότερή μου και πολυαγαπημένη μου αδελφή, η Σοφία !
Είναι το αποκλειστικό μου μοντέλο, όχι που θα την άφηνα σε ησυχία...χάχά....είναι όμως τόσο γλύκα το ινδιανάκι μου...χίχίχί !!! Τρελαίνομαι να την φωτογραφίζω τώρα τελευταία, εντάξει..ρίχνουμε πολύ γέλιο, μή την βλέπετε έτσι, που είναι λίγο σοβαρούλα στις φωτογραφίες..!!. Το τί σκέρτσα και γκριμάτσες μου κάνει και το τί ατάκες μου πετάει, καθ'ότι πολύ χιουμορίστα, δέν λέγεται.. !!
Αδελφούλα μου, κολλητούλα μου, σε αγαπώ απέρανταααα !!!

This beautiful..sweet and unique creature in the photos is my two years younger and beloved sister, Sophia !!
She is my exclusive model and my sweet little indian..hehehe !!! Lately...i love taking her photos and we laugh so much in the shoots !! In the photos that i chose she looks more serious than she really is....hehehee ! She is such a humorist and she makes me laugh all the time with her funny jokes and her grimaces !
My sister and my best friend, i love you deeply !!

If you could have wings would you want them ?

Hi my lovely friends....this is a beautiful poem that i found here...it is called "Wings" and is written by an american poet, Susan Stewart !!

The winged jewelries that i present you today are all made of bronze..not from my hands of course..but i wish one day i manage to create my own metal jewelries from scratch !!! The chain, the hooks, the small rings and the clasps are also bronze !! The black rings of the earrings are aluminum and i combined two small circular glass beads !

I also combined a white lace with one feather as i wanted to give a more romantic look and i hanged some very small bronze beads on it !!

Two small crystal washers in ocean blue and iridescent purple are combined with the feathers of the necklaces !!

Τhe baby angel is from a decorative pillow that my mother gave me !! It is so beautiful and as i'm looking at it i'm thinking that all of us when we come to this world we have wings...shiny golden wings..and we are looking forward to open them up and fly into the unknown...to infinity...to the new.. and nothing can stop us...
Your wings my friends...your wings...watch and care for them...open them wide and do not let anyone hurt them...

Γειά σας αγαπημένοι μου φίλοι...αυτό είναι ένα όμορφο ποίημα που βρήκα εδώ..ονομάζεται " Φτερά" και το έχει γράψει μία αμερικανίδα ποιήτρια, η Susan Stewart !!

Tα φτερωτά κοσμήματα που σας παρουσιάζω σήμερα είναι όλα δημιουργημένα απο μπρούντζο...όχι απο τα χεράκια μου βέβαια...αλλά εύχομαι κι εγώ στο μέλλον να μπορώ να δημιουργώ τα δικά μου μεταλλικά κοσμήματα απο την αρχή...απο το μηδέν !!

H αλυσίδα, τα γαντζάκια, όλα τα μικρά κρικάκια και τα κουμπώματα είναι επίσης μπρούντζινα !! Οι μάυροι κρίκοι των σκουλαρικιών είναι αλουμινένιοι και συνδύασα και δυό μικρές γυάλινες στρόγγυλες χάντρες !

Επίσης συνδύασα το ένα φτερό με άσπρη δαντέλα για ένα πιό ρομαντικό στύλ και κρέμασα και μερικές πολύ μικρές μπρούντζινες χαντρούλες επάνω !

Δύο μικρές κρυστάλλινες ροδέλες στο μπλέ χρώμα του ωκεανού και σε ένα ιριδίζων μώβ συνδυάστηκαν με τα κρεμαστά φτερά !!

Το μωρό αγγελάκι είναι απο ένα διακοσμητικό μαξιλαράκι που μου χάρισε η μητέρα μου !! Είναι τόσο όμορφο και σάν το κοιτώ σκέφτομαι πως όλοι μας όταν ερχόμαστε στον κόσμο τούτο έχουμε φτερά...χρυσά γυαλιστερά φτερά που ανυπομονούμε να τα ανοίξουμε και να πετάξουμε στο άγνωστο...στο άπειρο...στο καινούριο και τίποτα δεν μας σταματά....τα φτερά σας φίλοι μου...τα φτερά σας...να τα προσέχετε και να τα φροντίζετε..να τα ανοίγετε διάπλατα και να μήν αφήσετε κανέναν να τα τραυματίσει...

Τα όνειρά μας είναι τα φτερά μας.....!!
Να είσαστε όλοι πολύ πολύ καλά...σας φιλώ !! 

Dazzling stars-fairy earrings !!

Hello lovely fellows !! Happy Sunday !!
I have new fairy earrings to show you !!! I used only metallic components and lots of fairy stardust to give them a dazzling touch !!! These two pairs of earrings would fit perfectly to a star fairy...a fairy of the night !!!

Γειά σας αγαπημένα μου φιλαράκια !! Καλή Κυριακή !!
Έχω καινούρια νεραιδένια σκουλαρίκια να σας δείξω !! Χρησιμοποίησα μόνο μεταλλικά στοιχεία και πολύ αστερόσκονη για να τους δώσω αυτή την εκθαμβωτική πινελιά !! Αυτά τα σκουλαρίκια θα ταίριαζαν τέλεια σε μία νεράιδα των αστεριών...μιά νεράιδα της νύχτας !!!

"Μπλέ Αστέρια"-Μακρυά μεταλλικά νεραιδένια σκουλαρίκια ! 

I used thin bronze chain, small round bronze beads, bronze hooks and wire...
Χρησιμοποίησα λεπτή μπρούντζινη αλυσίδα, μικρές στρογγυλές μπρούντζινες χάντρες, μπρούντζινα γαντζάκια και σύρμα...

....and these filigree, flat round iron beads in metallic blue colour !! I love these glossy beads !!! 
...και αυτές τις πλατιές στρόγγυλες σιδερένιες χάντρες σε μεταλλικό μπλέ χρώμα !! Μου αρέσουν πολύ αυτές οι γυαλιστερές χάντρες !!! 

The second pair is called "Hanging star-ladders"...:ο) !! Don't they look like ladders that lead you to a star ?!!! If you look at these upside down...!!..haha !!! 
Το δέυτερο ζευγάρι το ονόμασα "Κρεμαστές Αστερό-σκαλες" :ο)...!! Δέν μοιάζουν σάν σκάλες που σε οδηγούν σε ένα αστέρι ;!! Άν τα κοιτάξεις αντίστροφα...!!....χάχά..
  

I used silver (tibetan silver) rings and metallic cylindrical beads in golden colour to create these long chain ladders...
Χρησιμοποίησα ασημί (θιβετανικό ασήμι) κρικάκια και μεταλλικές κυλινδρικές χάντρες  βαμμένες σε χρυσό χρώμα για να δημιουργήσω αυτές τις αλυσιδωτές σκάλες...

....and hung these small silver (tibetan silver) stars for the finish of every earring !!
...και κρέμασα αυτά τα μικρά ασημί ( απο θιβετανικό ασήμι) αστέρια στο τελείωμα του κάθε σκουλαρικιού !!

And look at these enchanting star fairies of the night that i found from some favourite fairy artists!!!!!!.....
Και κοιτάξτε αυτές τις μαγευτικές αστεράτες νεράιδες της νύχτας που βρήκα απο μερικούς πολύ αγαπημένους νεραιδο-καλλιτέχνες!!!!!

Today we have a harvest moon !!! The autumn days are very close and the night every day gets bigger !! The night fairies will be more active from now on so... don't forget...keep your eyes and your heart wide open....only thus is faery revealed.....;o)

Όπως μπορείτε να δείτε, τελευταία εχω παθιαστεί με τις νεράιδες της νύχτας και οι δημιουργίες μου είναι εμπνευσμένες απο αυτές !!! Σήμερα θα έχουμε για άλλη μιά φορά  oλόγιομο φεγγάρι...το φεγγάρι του θερισμού (δέν βρήκα άρθρο στα ελληνικά!), όπως το αποκαλούν !!! Οι φθινοπωρινές μέρες είναι πολύ κοντά και η νύχτα κάθε μέρα γίνεται μεγαλύτερη !! Οι νεράιδες της νύχτας θα είναι πιό δραστήριες απο εδώ και πέρα γι'αυτόoo...μήν ξεχνάτε...να κρατάτε τα μάτια σας και την καρδιά σας ορθάνοιχτα...μόνο τότε αποκαλύπτεται το Νεραιδοβασίλειο....

Chain mail meet beads part II :Night fairy's necklace

Hello lovely fellows !! Have a great week !! :oD
Today i will show you a necklace that is created with bronze rings and is finished with white glass iridescent beads !! It took me a lot of time to do it but i think it was worth the effort cause i love the result !! It has a faεry feeling....at least for me !!! :) When i started making this necklace i thought i would create a necklace for a fairy...as many other times..hehe....but this time...more specifically..for a...night fairy !!!
So this is a..."Night fairy's necklace"... are you one of them maybe ??!!! ;ο)

Χαιρετώ την όμορφη συντροφιά !! Καλή εβδομάδα !! :οD
Σήμερα θα σας δείξω ένα κολλιέ που έχει δημιουργηθεί με μπρούντζινα κρικάκια και έχει φινιριστεί με άσπρες γυάλινες χάντρες που ιριδίζουν !! Μου πήρε αρκετό χρόνο να το φτιάξω αλλά νομίζω πώς άξιζε τον κόπο γιατί λατρέυω το αποτέλεσμα !! Έχει μιά νεραιδένια αίσθηση...τουλάχιστον για 'μένα !!! Όταν ξεκίνησα να φτιάχνω αυτό το κολλιέ σκέφτηκα ότι θα δημιουργήσω ένα κολλιέ νεράιδας...όπως και πολλές άλλες φορές..χέχέ...αλλά αυτή τη φορά..πιό συγκεκριμένα...για μία νεράιδα της νύχτας...είστε μία απο αυτές μήπως ;;!!! ;ο)

"Fallen Stars"-earrings and necklace

Χαιρετώ όλη την παρέα την αγαπητή και ωραία !!! Καλό μήναααα !!  
Ένα απο τα πιό αγαπημένα μου καλοκαιρινά αξιοθέατα..και φαντάζομαι όχι μόνο δικό μου, είναι τα Πεφταστέρια...όπως τα λέμε συνήθως !! Πέφτουν κάθε Άυγουστο σάν βροχή και εμείς καθόμαστε και τα χαζέυουμε στα πιό σκοτεινά μέρη, σε παραλίες και δάση.. και άμα τα προλάβουμε την ώρα που πέφτουν κάνουμε ευχές !! Είναι όμορφο σάν ιδέα...μαγικό θα έλεγα, αλλά η πραγματικότητα είναι εξίσου μαγική για'μένα !!
Ότι δηλαδή αυτά τα φωτεινά αντικείμενα που πέφτουν και φαίνονται για λίγα κλάσματα του δευτερολέπτου και αφήνουν πίσω τους αυτές τις φωτεινές ουρές που σβήνουν.. δέν είναι αστέρια που πέφτουν αλλά σωματίδια σκόνης που αφήνει πίσω της η τεράστια ουρά, δεκάδων εκατομμυρίων χιλιομέτρων του κομήτη Σουίφτ Τάτλ, ο οποίος αρχίζει να τέμνει την τροχιά της γής κάθε Άυγουστο !!! Βλέπουμε λοιπόν κομμάτια αστερόσκονης να εκτοξέυονται παντού και να διαλύονται στην ατμόσφαιρα πρίν φτάσουν στη γή !!! Εξίσου μαγικό...δέν νομίζετε ;!!!
Τα "πεφταστέρια" του Αυγούστου ονομάζονται επιστημονικά "Διάττοντες Περσείδες" καθώς αρχικά φαίνονταν να προέρχονται απο την περιοχή του Αστερισμού του Περσέα ενώ σήμερα εκτιμάται ότι η προέλευσή τους είναι η Κασσιόπεια, είναι γρήγορες και φωτεινές, συχνά με μακρυές πύρινες "ουρές" και εμφανίζονται σε όλα σχεδόν τα σημεία του ουρανού!!!
Τα κοσμήματα που θα σας δείξω σήμερα είναι εμπνευσμένα απο κομήτες, αστέρια και συμπαντική αστερόσκονη !!!

One of my most favourite summer attractions...and not just mine i guess...are the Shooting Stars..as we usually call them !! Every August, they fall as rain and we sit and stare at the most obscure places, beaches and forests and if we catch them in our sight while they fall we make wishes !! It's nice as an idea...i'd say magic, but reality is just as magical for me !!
Namely that these bright objects that fall and can be seen for a few milliseconds, leaving behind those bright tails off...are not fallen stars but dust particles from the huge tail that the comet Swift Tatl leaves behind, who begins to intersect the orbit of the earth every August !!
So...we see stardust projected everywhere and dissolving in the atmosphere before reaching the earth !!! Pure magic...don't you think?!!!
The "shooting stars" of August scientifically called "Shooting stars Perseides" which initially seemed to come from the vegion of the constelation Perseus and today their origin is estimated to be Cassiopeia, are fast and bright , often with long fiery "tails" and appear almost all across the sky !
The jewelries that i will show you today are inspired by comets, stars and universal dust !!!

Long earrings made with purple star beads from howlite, thin bronze chain, bronze circle beads and bugle beads in silver lined colours !!
Μακρυά σκουλαρίκια που έχουν φτιαχτεί με χάντρες αστέρια απο χαουλίτη, λεπτή μπρονζέ αλυσίδα, μπρούντζινες στρογγυλές χαντρούλες και χαντρούλες "σάλπιγγες" με ασημένια επένδυσης χρώματα !!

Σε αυτή τη φωτογραφία μπορείτε να δείτε πόσο μακρυές είναι οι μεταλλικές "ουρές" των αστεροσκουλαρικιών !! 

And here you can see how the stars earrings drop when will be worn in your ears !! The hooks are also bronze !!
Κι εδώ μπορείτε να δείτε πώς πέφτουν τα σκουλαρίκια όταν φορεθούν στα αυτιά σας !! Οι γάντζοι είναι επίσης μπρούντζινοι !! 

With the same materials i also made a pretty "fallen star" necklace !!

Με τα ίδια υλικά έφτιαξα επίσης και ένα "Πεφταστέρι" κολλιέ !!

I also add to the chain tiny bronze cylindrical beads and two longer bugle beads and a bronze clasp for the finish !!

Επίσης πρόσθεσα στην αλυσίδα μικρές μπρούντζινες κυλινδρικές χαντρούλες και δύο μακρύτερες χαντρούλες "σάλπιγγες" καί ένα μπρούντζινο κούμπωμα για το τελείωμα !!  

I LOve these stars from howlite !! Generally...i love to put stars in my jewelries...i like the shape they have and the magical feeling they give in every piece !!!

Τα λατρέυω αυτά τα μώβ αστεράκια απο χαουλίτη !! Γενικά...μου αρέσει πολύ να βάζω αστέρια στα κοσμήματά μου...μου αρέσει το σχήμα τους και το μαγικό αίσθημα που χαρίζουν σε κάθε κομμάτι !!! Θα σας δείξω και άλλα σύντομα !!!

Βέβαια αύριο είναι 1η Μαίου και θέλω να φτιάξω το πρωτομαγιάτικο στεφάνι !! Ελπίζω να προλάβω να κάνω μία Πρωτομαγιάτικη ανάρτηση...είναι αγαπημένη μέρα !!!
Σήμερα θέλω να σας δείξω ένα κρεμαστό αφιερωμένο στην Άνοιξη !!

How are you ? I hope you spend your days as beautiful as you can !!! Lately i don't have the time to visit you and stroll in loving blog-land...but..i will hopefully come back soon ! Αt the moment i only have time to make quick posts to show you my latest creations !! Of course, tomorrow is May Day and i want to make the May 1st wreath !! I hope i will find some time to make a post dedicated to this favourite day !!! 
Today i want to show you a pendant necklace dedicated to Spring !!

Το έχω ονομάσει " O τροχός της Άνοιξης "!!

I have named it " The Wheel of Spring " !!

 

This necklace is made with bronze materials and components combined with turquoise stones!!

A closer look to the bronze patinated flower wheel pendant, a small bronze leaf and small turquoise stones are hanging from the pendant !! 

A bronze swallow connects the one part of the bronze chain !!

...and one more closer look to the cute dragonfly charm !! I love to hang these fairy charms on the edge of the chain of some necklaces !!!

Τελευταίο κράτησα ένα όμορφο κόκκινο τριαντάφυλλο απο την ανθισμένη τριανταφυλλιά μας !! Τα συγκεκριμένα αυτά τριαντάφυλλα έχουν ένα υπέροχο άρωμα και τα πέταλά τους δέν είναι τόσο ευαίσθητα όπως συμβαίνει με άλλα!!

 For last i kept a beautiful red rose from our bloomed rosebush !!! These specific roses have a lovely smell and their petals are less sensitive than others !!!
